AC Training has a wealth of experience in providing innovative Sports and Coaching training to Coaches and Players working in Professional Clubs, Professional Sporting Organisations, NGBs, Schools and the Third Sector.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we’re now looking for a talented and experienced Apprenticeships Skills Coach to join our team.
You’ll be supporting the delivery of our ‘Community Activator Coach’ and ‘Sporting Excellence Professional’ apprenticeships. Although our learners work as professional players and coaches, don’t worry, you won’t need a background as a player, however it would be an advantage.
We work to support the development of playing and coaching skills amongst players and coaches, to support the enhanced performance and service of the organisation. Our Sports and Coaching programmes are driven by extensive research linking high quality learning and development to positive impacts. Our mission is to support the development of high-quality players and coaches within their organisation enhancing the team’s performance as well the quality, development and enjoyment of participants attending training sessions.
What is important is that you bring an innovative mindset, a passion to support and develop people, and a strong background in sports and coaching. Along with that you will bring a strong desire to be part of our mission to deliver vital training to individuals with disabilities.

Our learners are all over England, and you will sometimes need to travel, but mainly your work will be home-based with a fair amount of flexibility.
