Excellent course for new consultants - gives you the tools and framework for thinking about how you can develop the department and manage larger/multiple teams. The online modules and workshops embeds theory which you put into practice throughout the course. It was also a great opportunity to network with the other consultant learners on the course. Would highly recommend this course for all consultants.
