On successful completion of this Apprenticeship, you will be eligible to become an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
Typically, achievers will progress onto the Coaching Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship and progress or gain additional duties and responsibilities within their employment.

How is the programme delivered?
This programme is delivered in 11 modules.
Each module will have a varied approach to learning including, self-study, group teaching sessions and one-to-one tutorials. A key benefit of this programme is the guest speakers who deliver on selected modules, where you will learn from the real-life experiences of practising professionals.

What is the commitment?
You will commit to the 18-month duration of the programme, including completion and attendance of all education sessions and activities detailed within your individualised Training Plan. You may need to complete or attend the additional learning support, which we mutually agree is beneficial to ensure unlock your full potential. Finally, preparation for and completion of the four-month End-Point Assessment.
You will also commit to fulfilling the duties of your role as per the job description with your employer.
What does it cost?
The employer will fund the qualification through its apprenticeship levy or make a £450 contribution. A learner will make no financial contribution.
