Empowering Communities Through Sports and Health
Introducing Four New Apprenticeship Qualifications:
The field of sports and health is evolving, and with it, the demand for skilled professionals who can make a positive impact in communities. We are thrilled to announce four new apprenticeship qualifications aimed at nurturing talent, promoting healthy living, and creating employment and education opportunities. These qualifications are designed to empower individuals and communities while promoting positive behaviours and healthy lifestyles.
The Apprenticeships:
- Community Activator Coach Level 2
- Community Sports and Health Officer Level 3
- Sports Coach Level 4
- Sporting Excellence Professional Level 3
Our objectives for these qualifications are aligned with our vision to create employment and education opportunities, provide a greater workforce within charities, trusts, or foundations without increasing their costs, and enhance their ongoing projects and initiatives, or provide the resources to begin new ones. We are committed to delivering work in the community that creates a positive impact, providing opportunities to individuals with disabilities, and improving healthy, active lifestyles.
We aim to be successful by retaining coaches for the full 3-year programs and providing progression through the pathways going forward. Additionally, we are dedicated to remaining carbon-negative and positively impacting the environment, continuing to donate to individuals, initiatives, and charities, and building strong working relationships with like-minded organisations and individuals.
These new apprenticeship qualifications are not only about skill development but also about creating a ripple effect of positivity and empowerment in our communities. We are excited to see the impact these qualifications will have on individuals, communities, and the sports and health industry as a whole. Let us present to you so you can join us in this journey of empowerment and positive change.
