AC Training is pleased to announce that the ILM have approved the delivery of the new Level 6 Leadership and Management and Level 7 Strategic Leadership and Management qualifications.
AC Training has been heavily involved in delivering both Level 3 and 5 qualifications and apprenticeship standards for leadership and management since 2010.
Therefore, it is a natural progression for the company to offer the Level 6 and 7 qualifications and offer enhanced career development opportunities for middle and senior managers.
The first cohort of learners for both levels is planned for mid-April 2024.
The delivery of the qualifications will combine focused learning through monthly virtual workshops, supported by 1-1 contact with an assigned assessor. This will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required of a senior manager and provide an accreditation route for professional status with the ILM.
The learners will complete a range of evidence including observations, assignments, case studies, reflective logs and a range of supporting products.
