As a training provider committed to supporting your workforce development needs, we believe it’s crucial to demystify key aspects such as the apprenticeship levy.

The apprenticeship levy is a UK government initiative aimed at empowering employers to invest in the training and development of their workforce. If your organisation’s annual payroll exceeds £3 million, you are required to pay 0.5% of your payroll into the apprenticeship levy ‘pot’. Your ‘pot’ is then accessible to you to fund your staff to take part in approved apprenticeship programmes, offering a valuable resource to finance training within your organisation.

At AC Training, we support our clients to utilise their levy contributions to best effect. Our tailored apprenticeship programmes not only help you meet the levy requirements but also provide a strategic platform to upskill your existing staff or attract new talent. By engaging with our training solutions, you not only fulfil your levy obligations but also leverage an opportunity to enhance the capabilities of your workforce.

Our team is dedicated to guiding you through the intricacies of the apprenticeship levy, ensuring that you maximise the benefits for your organisation. Partner with us to turn the apprenticeship levy into a catalyst for growth, innovation, and sustained success.

What if you don’t pay into the apprenticeship levy?  It’s OK, you can also support members of your team to upskill using the apprenticeship system.  You will be required to pay 5% of the cost of the programme.  For our programmes that means we ask you to pay between £250 and £450 towards their cost for between 12 and 18 months of training.  Not a bad deal!
