Alison Goode: CDP Skills Coach and Quality Assurer
My job involves supporting learners and assessors through a range of qualifications at levels 4 and 6 in Career Guidance. I also assess on the L3 and 4 in Assessment in the Workplace and the Internal Quality Assurance qualifications. My approach to assessment is holistic and learner centred.
My background is in Career Guidance with young people and adults.
An interest in wellbeing led me to qualify and teach Mindfulness for Stress and Compassionate Mindfulness Resilience in the workplace.
Outside of work I’m planning to become an older interrailer across Europe (or some of it).
