Louisa Lewis: Associate Skills Coach
I am an Associate Skills Coach working with learners completing career development and advice & guidance qualifications. I have significant experience as a careers adviser, providing career guidance to young people and adults in school, college and community settings. I am able to draw upon this experience to support my learners to develop their skills and knowledge, through regular 1-1 coaching sessions and positive and constructive feedback.
The most enjoyable part of working as a Skills Coach is seeing learners who are new to the sector develop as they grow in confidence, and those who are more experienced refine and develop their practice.
