Caroline Dorsett: Administrative Support
I am the Administrative Support at AC Training. I have a background in Corporate Debt Recovery with RBS and NatWest and Call Handling for West Mercia Police.
I am here to ensure the smooth operation of our office and assist our colleagues and learners with their needs. I handle everything from scheduling workshops to liaising with Skills Coaches, always striving to provide an efficient and accurate experience for everyone.
In my free time, I volunteer on the PTA and as a Governor at our local primary school, as well as being a mum to my two children.
